- Free cancellation or changes are available up to 2 days before the tour/product start date.
- No cancellations or changes are allowed from 1 day before the tour/product start date.
Baggage & Vehicle Use Information
Bicycles, strollers, and foldable wheelchairs are counted the same as two 32-inch suitcases.
For groups of 6 or more passengers with luggage, bicycles, strollers, or wheelchairs, a second vehicle may be required due to space limitations.
If you have a large amount of luggage or more than 6 passengers, an additional charge may apply on-site due to vehicle space limitations.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on board. However, the following rules must be strictly observed:
- All pets, except guide dogs (service dogs for the visually impaired), must be kept in a cage.
If a cage is not available or the pet cannot be placed inside, a muzzle and leash are mandatory.
Pets without cages are not allowed on seats and must remain on the floor only (to prevent seat damage).
If pets are brought without a cage, a cleaning fee of โฉ50,000 may be charged.
